I feel bad that I didn't get a chance to properly thank the staff for their hard work. They were incredibly good. We never noticed that the buffet was broken down at the end of dinner and then suddenly there was cake being served.

“I have been blown away by everything”
Nicole, I want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for the UNBELIEVABLE service, amazing food, amazing people...just everything. From our very first encounter with you guys to our very last, I have been blown away by everything. We received soooo many compliments from people about the food being delicious, and I think the best compliment I can try and tell you guys about is my best friend's little sister is the MOST picky eater you will ever find. She barely eats, and when she does, she barely eats anything. There was NOTHING familiar about the menu to her, and I was joking with her before the wedding what she was going to eat that night as i had told her the menu. Needless to say when I was going around to tables and approached her, she had half a plate left with food and told me that the dinner was all delicious and that this was actually her second helping, and that she was wishing her outfit wasn't so tight as she wanted to go for a third!!! This is the highest praise I can pass on!!!!
I was literally blown away when Rajesh and I had our own people to serve us and was so taken by the really charming server who helped me. I couldn't be live he carried my dinner all the way to my table, as i was worried I'd somehow manage to spill on my sari!!! Rajesh, i know too, was also loving this service and i think it is these kind of touches that just makes us fall in love with you guys all the more.
I will happily recommend you guys to anyone and everyone, and am so happy that we FINALLY came to our senses and came to the caterer we should have been speaking to from the beginning.

Our day was absolutely perfect. We loved the venue set up, the food and the exceptional service from Emelle’s’ staff. My Dad especially loved everything (which was really important) and even Dennis’ SUPER picky mother had seconds (a first for her in the nearly 5 years I have known her).
We loved all the food, and appreciated that we had appetizers put aside as they were my personal favourite. Harumi (our wedding planner) did say she was really happy with everything. She had already had excellent things to say about Emelle’s when we hired her, so your fabulous reputation was obviously reiterated on our wedding day.
Thank you for all of your hard work in coordinating all the details of the day, for your constant communication and for ensuring that we had absolutely everything, exactly as we wanted for our BIG DAY!

We were absolutely thrilled with your catering! I was personally very impressed by the creativity of your food and it was even more delicious than it was beautiful. The vegetable "garden" was absolutely beautiful and a very clever way to display what is often a boring tray of veggies. I heard particular raves about the mini-greek salad cups, mushrooms, tomato-mozzarella skewers, and of course the dessert. Our guests were actually delighted by the dessert tray -- people were excited to see what you came up with after tasting the hors d'oeuvres -- and they were not disappointed. Your staff was gracious and friendly. We had been quite concerned if we would have enough food with passed hors d'oeuvres, but I heard many people say that your staff came by so frequently that they felt full.
You made this an absolutely outstanding event of which my group was very proud.

We’re receiving positive feedback on the food from our pilots and it is indeed disappearing…always a good sign! Personally, I thought Monday’s veggie sandwiches were very tasty, and the penne was good yesterday. Can’t seem to snag a cookie as they’re snapped up right away by our trainees! Your staff are very pleasant and professional as well and have been delivering on schedule, which is appreciated.
